Please get in touch to discuss your needs, and I’ll provide you with a quote

  • All services begin with a free exploratory call.

I’ll never take payment before we’ve had the chance to speak and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit for you. The call is a space to ask questions, clarify what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how we might work together.

For bespoke coaching or community-building programmes, you’re welcome to start by emailing me with a brief outline of your needs. We can then arrange a call to explore next steps.

When booking an exploratory call, you’ll be asked a few short questions. Please take a moment to answer them thoughtfully. This helps me come to our conversation with a clearer understanding of what you’re hoping for, and allows us to use the time well.

  • Sessions are delivered remotely via Google Meet, making my services accessible to clients worldwide.

Depending on your chosen coaching programme, you’ll receive access to selected materials in a private Google Drive space. This may include key session frameworks, slides, and optional exercises to support reflection and integration between sessions.

You’re also welcome to use this space to capture your own reflections or journal, if you find that helpful.

For this reason, having a Google account is usually the simplest way to access this space. If that’s not possible, we can find an alternative.

For community-building programmes and workshops, I usually design sessions to run remotely. I am also available to facilitate in person where appropriate. If you prefer to deliver the sessions internally, I can equip your team with the tools and materials needed to run them confidently.

  • All sessions are booked through my online booking system, hosted on Paperbell.

Once you book, you’ll have your own secure login, which you can use to schedule sessions, manage bookings, and make payments. Using one platform helps keep everything in one place and makes it easy to book future sessions when needed.

You’ll be guided through the process step by step when you book, and you’re always welcome to get in touch if you have questions.

  • Payments are usually made through my online booking system, which processes payments securely via Stripe. Your bank or card provider will automatically manage any currency conversion if needed.

For longer or bespoke programmes, alternative payment arrangements can be discussed where appropriate.

The Reconnection Journey

How it works

The Reconnection Journey is a structured, guided coaching programme designed to help you build connection in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and sustainable in your life.

Each session follows a clear flow: we spend time understanding your situation, I may introduce relevant insights or frameworks where helpful, and we identify practical next steps to support your progress. Optional exercises are available between sessions to support your progress.

We usually meet weekly at the beginning to build momentum and create early shifts. As the journey progresses, sessions are spaced out to give you time to integrate what you’re discovering and begin applying it in your day-to-day life.

Over time, this becomes less about “figuring out” connection and more about living it, in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and truly yours.

What we work on together

Each journey is personal, but it follows a clear direction.

We move through three key phases:

Discovery — understanding what connection looks like for you
Integration — learning how to show up in connection
Sustaining — making connection something that lasts

What to expect

  • A clear structure for each session: we explore your situation in depth, introduce relevant insights or frameworks where helpful, and identify tailored actions to move you forward

  • Access to selected session materials, including the key frameworks we work with, shared in a simple format so you can revisit and reflect between sessions

  • Optional reflection and simple exercises between sessions to support your progress

  • A longer opening session at the start of the programme to understand your situation in depth and set direction

  • A longer closing session at the end of the programme to reflect, consolidate what’s changed, and define how you move forward

Connection doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s something you have to understand, choose, and build.

The Reconnection Starter

How it works

know that committing to a longer programme can feel like a big step.

The Reconnection Starter is a short, two-session introduction designed for those who want to begin in a more focused, contained way. It offers the opportunity to work through one key area of connection — often from the first stage of The Reconnection Journey — and to gain a clearer sense of what feels important for you right now.

Some people choose the Starter as a standalone experience. Others use it as a first step before moving into deeper work later on. Both are equally valid.

There’s no expectation to continue. If, at the end of the two sessions, you feel drawn to explore things further, we can simply talk about what that might look like.

What to expect

  • A clear, focused structure across the two sessions: we begin by understanding your situation and clarifying what you want to work on, before exploring it and identifying practical next steps

  • An introduction to the approach used in The Reconnection Journey, applied to one specific area or question

  • Relevant insights and simple frameworks drawn from the journey, introduced where helpful

  • A short, contained format designed to give you clarity and direction without requiring a longer commitment

4-Session Series

How it works

The 4-Session Series is a focused, short-term coaching format designed to support you through a specific question, transition, or area of connection that needs dedicated attention.

We begin by clarifying what you want to work on and what feels most important right now. From there, we use the sessions to explore it in depth and move things forward in a way that stays grounded in your day-to-day life.

This format works well if something needs more space than a single session allows, and you’d benefit from continuity, structure, and time to make meaningful progress over a few weeks.

The series includes four sessions, with flexibility to adapt the pace or focus depending on what feels most supportive for you.

What to expect

  • A clear structure across the four sessions: we begin by understanding your situation and clarifying your focus, before exploring it in depth and identifying practical next steps

  • The first session is dedicated to building a clear picture of what’s going on and what matters most, with the following sessions focused on working through this in a more intentional way

  • Relevant insights and simple frameworks are introduced where helpful to support your thinking

  • Optional reflection and light exercises between sessions to support integration

  • Continuity across sessions, allowing you to go deeper while keeping the work focused on one key area

Reconnection Clarity Session

How it works

A Clarity Session offers a focused, flexible space to explore something related to connection that feels relevant to you right now.

It can be a place to think something through, gain clarity on a specific situation, or step back and reflect without committing to ongoing work.

Some people come for a one-off conversation; others return whenever they feel the need for space, perspective, or direction.

What to expect

  • A focused, one-off session centred around a specific question or situation

  • A short pre-session reflection to help you clarify what you’d like to focus on

  • Guided reflection and, where helpful, simple insights or frameworks to support your thinking

  • Space to step back, gain perspective, and clarify what matters most

  • Clear next steps to help you move forward with greater direction

  • A short follow-up summary or visual “map” to help you revisit what we’ve covered

Tailored programmes

Coaching

All of my work is personalised, but some situations call for a different kind of container.

This format is designed for individuals or groups who want to explore a specific theme, challenge, or transition that sits outside the scope of the Reconnection Journey.

We begin by clarifying what matters most, and from there we shape the work together, allowing the process to unfold in a way that fits your context, pace, and needs.

Particularly suitable for:
• Individuals with specific personal or professional challenges
• Small groups or teams wanting to strengthen trust and communication
• Businesses seeking reflective workshops around connection and belonging

Community-Building

Inspired by Kind Coffee Paris, these programmes are designed for organisations and communities that want to strengthen connection and belonging. Each project is shaped around your goals, whether that means fostering better communication within teams, designing meaningful group experiences, or creating spaces that bring people together with intention.

Particularly suitable for:
• Businesses developing community-based experiences for their customers
• Organisations or networks wanting to create authentic spaces of connection
• Local governments or cultural institutions interested in social cohesion initiatives

My Values

My practice is grounded in inclusivity, empathy, curiosity and respect. I aim to create a safe and affirming space where you can bring your whole self. Where you can feel seen, heard and accepted as you are.

I work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I bring a deep awareness of how identity, culture and lived experience shape our sense of connection and belonging. Having navigated these nuances myself, I hold space for whatever your story carries: difference, questions, or the search for a place where you can simply be yourself.

 FAQs

  • Coaches and therapists take many different approaches to their work, but to simplify things:

Therapy helps you process experiences, emotions, and trauma, and to support your mental health.
Coaching, on the other hand, is more solution-oriented. Its primary goal is to help you make the changes you want in your life.

In my coaching, I may draw on techniques — such as mindfulness, breathing, or guided reflection — to help you manage anxiety or reconnect with calm. However, we won’t be trying to treat the underlying causes of anxiety, nor will we explore your past in depth. Those are areas where therapy is more appropriate.

If you’re unsure which path would suit you best, here’s a simple guide:

    • If you feel “I don’t feel okay, and I don’t know why”, therapy may be the right next step.

    • If you feel “I’m mostly fine, but I want to make changes in my life and don’t know how”, coaching can help you move forward.

It’s also entirely possible to do both therapy and coaching at the same time. Many people find that the two approaches complement each other beautifully.

If at any point I feel therapy would be more appropriate for your needs, I’ll share that openly and, if helpful, point you towards the right kind of support.

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t have to know yet.

That’s exactly what the exploratory call is for. It’s a chance for us to talk about where you are, what you’re hoping for, and whether coaching is the right next step for you. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue afterwards.

Sometimes it’s simply not the right moment, and that’s fine too. You’re welcome to stay connected by following me on Instagram or subscribing to my Substack newsletter until the time feels right.

If it turns out that another form of support, such as therapy or mentoring, might suit you better, I’ll always tell you honestly. My priority is that you find the approach that truly serves you.

  • Coaching isn’t just about the time we spend in session. It’s about the structure, clarity, and support that help you turn insight into something that genuinely shifts how you experience connection.

When you work with me, you’re not just investing in a series of conversations, but in a guided process designed to help you move forward in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

    This includes:

    • A distinct coaching approach to connection, built around a structured framework I’ve developed, designed to help you move from insight to meaningful, lasting change in how you experience connection

    • Programmes designed to take you through a clear progression, from understanding your situation, to changing how you show up, to making those changes last

    • Continuity between sessions, with space to reflect, experiment, and begin applying what we explore in your day-to-day life

    • Access to selected materials, including key frameworks, so you can revisit and integrate what we’ve covered

Ultimately, the value of coaching lies in what changes beyond the session, in how you think, how you show up, and how connection begins to feel in your life.

  • Yes, I work with clients from all around the world and aim to make the experience as smooth as possible. In fact, I love meeting people from so many different places!

Don’t worry about time zones. Wherever possible, I’ll adjust to find times that work for both of us. So even if you’re far from Western Europe (where I’m based), please don’t let that stop you from getting in touch and beginning your reconnection journey.

  • By signing up for coaching, you’re choosing to actively engage with your own experience of connection — rather than leaving it to chance.

This means being willing to reflect on what’s really going on for you, to try things differently where it feels right, and to stay with the process over time.

That doesn’t mean doing more for the sake of it. The work is always adapted to your needs and capacity, at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.

What matters most is a willingness to engage with the process. The structure, guidance, and support are there to help you do that.

  • All sessions are delivered remotely, usually via Google Meet, allowing me to work with clients wherever they are.

Between sessions, you’ll have space to reflect on and begin applying what we’ve explored together, supported by simple prompts or light exercises to help you integrate the work in your day-to-day life.

You’ll also have access to a private Google Drive space where you can capture reflections and keep key materials from our work in one place.

For this reason, having a Google account is the simplest way to work together. If you don’t already have one, I’m happy to guide you through setting one up. If needed, we can always find an alternative.

For larger coaching programmes or workshops, sessions are typically delivered remotely, though I’m also available to facilitate in person where appropriate. The format is agreed at the outset based on the context and goals of the work.

  • Between sessions, you’ll have space to reflect on and begin applying what we’ve explored together.

You’ll also have access to a private Google Drive folder where you can capture your reflections. I’ll share simple prompts or light exercises there to support your thinking and integration between sessions.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

Payments can be made securely online via Stripe or PayPal, which automatically handle currency conversions at checkout. These are usually the most convenient options for international clients.

If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer — whichever works best for you. For custom-made programmes, I can provide a quote in your local currency. Payment is due before each session, or — for multi-session programmes — before the programme begins.

We can schedule your sessions in advance, but they’ll only take place once payment has been received. This helps protect both our time and ensures everything runs smoothly.

If you ever have questions about payment or need flexibility, please don’t hesitate to mention it during your onboarding call or simply email me at any time. I’ll always do my best to accommodate your situation.

  • You can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, are charged in full, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

Refunds for multi-session programmes are handled individually and with fairness. I don’t issue refunds for sessions that have already taken place, but if you decide partway through that a programme isn’t right for you, I’ll refund any sessions still remaining.

For multi-session programmes, I ask that sessions be completed within a reasonable time frame, which we’ll agree on together at the start. This helps maintain momentum and ensures you get the most from your coaching journey.
There’s always flexibility — life happens — but consistency supports real progress.

  • I primarily coach in English, but I’m open to working with French-speaking clients. Please note that all written materials, exercises and resources are provided in English, so you’ll need to feel comfortable navigating the English language throughout the coaching process.

  • I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management from Warwick Business School, where I developed a strong foundation in bringing structure, focus, and clarity to complex challenges, skills that now shape my coaching practice.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in behavioural insights, helping organisations better understand how people think, relate, and make decisions. Much of this work focused on connection, between individuals, within teams, and with the environments around them, and strengthened my belief that relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Alongside this, I have spent years creating and facilitating spaces centred on authentic connection. I am the founder of Kind Coffee Paris, a community initiative designed to help people build meaningful relationships in a relaxed, human setting. Through this work, I have supported many individuals in moving beyond isolation and forming genuine friendships and support networks.

I also serve in pastoral and community leadership roles within the Episcopal Church, with a particular focus on young adults and members of the LGBTQ+ community. In this context, I facilitate group conversations, support individuals through periods of transition, and help foster a sense of belonging. This experience has deepened my ability to listen without judgement and to guide people through questions of identity, connection, and personal growth.

Drawing on this experience, I’ve developed a distinct coaching approach to connection, brought together in what I call The Reconnection Journey‍ , a structured framework designed to help you move from insight to meaningful, lasting change in how you experience connection.

My approach is also informed by formal training in transformative coaching, as well as ongoing study in psychology, mindfulness, and relational development. I remain committed to continuing to deepen my practice and refine the way I support my clients.

  • My coaching is built on trust, respect and confidentiality. Everything we discuss during our sessions stays between us, unless there’s a legal or safety obligation to disclose, which I would always discuss with you first (usually, if there’s a risk that you might harm yourself or others).

I uphold the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethical standards and code of conduct in my practice. That means I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, explore what matters most to you, and be met with empathy and professionalism.

My role is never to diagnose or judge, but to support you with care, clarity and honesty. You’re always in control of what you share and how far you want to go.
